My own fertility journey can be described as painful, physically and emotionally. I was climbing the corporate ladder and lost my femininity in a male work environment. My clean, "healthy" diet left my body nutrient depleted and caused massive period pain. Every gynea told me I would not be able to have children naturally. I studied Naturopathy, became a Doula, dived deep into the connection between womb trauma and gynea health, ancient diets and developed my own approach to fertility: to solve health issues first before zooming in on the gynea area. This course is the essence of it as well as the foundation for a blissful postpartum. I got pregnant naturally at age 40, had a healthy pregnancy from which I recovered quickly.

Jennifer's approach to women’s health has been shaped by various trainings in and exposures to the fields of biodynamics, biodynamic craniosacral therapy, osteopathy, trauma work, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qi Gong, Naturopathy, Western herbal medicine, birth doula work, and Aromatherapy. In her Singapore-based practice, Jennifer has helped 500+ women in their journey to improve their health holistically by creating an environment in which the body is able to find its balance again.   • How is your course different from other courses on fertility?

    Most courses about fertility cover the areas of environmental toxins, supplements and give outdated advice on nutrition. This course is holistic and supports a multi-disciplinary approach and gives real examples from my fertility patients and my own experience in getting pregnant naturally at age 40 (I miscarried at age 33 which was very traumatic at the time and took me years to get over). I am quoting scientific literature wherever feasible. You will also get a lot of advice I usually share in 1:1 sessions with my patients who come to see me for strange pain, do trauma / body work, use my intuition to help guide them what they need to do to get better... You benefit from my experience working with women struggling with anxiety, sleep problems, gut issues, auto immune problems and much more. My entire concept is different in the way that we clear underlying health issues first as this is how we reverse early aging.

  • I have done a lot of research online already. Is it still advisable to attend this course?

    Congrats to taking your own initiative to educate yourself about fertility! From my experience, most women fall into the trap of researching in the same area they already know, but since they don't know what they are missing, it is hard to find the missing information that is relevant for them. My approach is a very holistic one (this is why it works so well), but to get the knowledge and the experience to see what works and what doesn't comes with experience and takes a very long time and a lot of effort. This course gives you plenty of different views and angles which are my own experience, knowledge and knowing. Taking this course will save you not just a lot of time (which in fertility most of us don't have) and also give you original content which you won't find on ChatGPT or Google.

  • I feel quite stressed and anxious already. Will this course overwhelm me even more?

    Feeling anxious is very common in women who struggle with fertility. In my opinion it has a lot to do with the fear mongering around age and most women not knowing what actually does impact fertility. From knowledge comes power and throughout the course you should feel your anxiety subside. In addition, this course has been created with women in mind who have both a trauma component and struggle with anxiety and information overflow. Whilst you will learn a plethora of new things, the course is conducted in a way that it is not overwhelming at all, according to the feedback of past participants who were affected by anxiety and overwhelm by following dietary or detox protocols, but did not feel overwhelmed at all by taking this course because of how it was structured and also by the way the information is transmitted.

  • I am quite tired from following strict protocols. I would like to increase the quality of my life. How can this course help me with that?

    This course is not a protocol. It is more of a lifestyle and also mental game changer. Whilst food is very important, our approach to what we eat is again a very different one from what you are told elsewhere. We keep it very simple and at the same time be very precise about what to stay away from and give ideas about how to deal with meals in social or family settings with a special focus on South / East Asian cultures where food is the centre of any social gathering.

  • Going through IVF has really taken a toll on how I feel about myself. I would like to improve the relationship I have with my own body. Is this something this course can help me with?

    Absolutely! In my practice, I have seen many times how women struggle emotionally and also from the strong hormones they are required to take in order to make IVF work. I this course, you will learn how to manoeuvre around the side effects from IVF, how to recover from it and how to reconnect again with your feminine side. Reconnecting with your feminine side is actually key for being fertile, disregarding whether you choose IVF or a natural approach to getting pregnant. Feeling comfortable in your own body is a big challenge for many women. Taking this course online is great in that way because you can watch or listen to the recordings again and again and you will probably get new information out of it each time. It also allows you to pause or dive deeper in areas that are more challenging for you. You can also take a break from everything if you feel that IVF is getting too consuming or you would like to press "pause" on your fertility journey. You can resume the course whenever you feel ready.

  • I have tried everything already: fertility yoga, acupuncture and (Traditional) Chinese Medicine. I am still not pregnant. I feel there is nothing left that I haven't tried yet. Is there something wrong with me?

    I have heard similar statements like this many times. Typically, high achieving women say words like this as they are used to getting what they want if they just work hard enough for it. Fertility is different. It doesn't work that way. In this course, you will learn why that is so and what you can do instead that will actually not just make you feel better, but also help get you get pregnant and keep a healthy pregnancy.

  • I plan to have kids in 2-3 years. Should I take the course now or better wait?

    Take the course now! Many couples underestimate the time it takes to get pregnant. At first they take it easy, they don't get pregnant and all of a sudden she is freaking out because she is getting older and because they don't know that age is actually not that important they opt for IUI or right away IVF. This could be avoided had they known which factors impact fertility. Some women actually prepare their body for at least a year before they plan a pregnancy. This means that even if you are 2-3 years older, your eggs and sperm would actually be much healthier than they are now! This is not just pertaining to genetics, but also to epigenetics which is information such as emotional trauma that also gets transmitted to your baby through sperm and egg. Quality counts, not quantity! As a mother and therapist I can say, the more emotional baggage you resolve, the easier your life will be during pregnancy and the challenging time of postpartum. The more unresolved stuff you carry with you, the more you will feel triggered by your baby or by the situation. And let's be honest, clearing out old emotional baggage takes a lot of time! So 2-3 years of preparation time is actually pretty good and realistic because it means you have more time to sort out yourself (and your home) so you won't have to do deal with it when you are physically and emotionally recovering from birth, have your baby crying or a teething toddler! In the worst case, should you not have a baby, at least you are in optimum health and have resolved past emotional trauma which will altogether change your life and give you new opportunities! This is why I love the holistic concept so much because either way you will feel better and be happier. You can only win and gain something by taking this course!

  • I don't feel a strong desire to become a mother. I am also not in a relationship now. Why do you still suggest I take this course?

    In today's world, many women enjoy their career. I used to be a career woman too. What I have seen in my practice is that many women actually suppress their desire to become a mother because there was no suitable partner. Therefore they focused on their career. Then one day she meets Mr. Right and she is all of a sudden thinking about having a baby, but her body is so depleted and tired from decades of working hard that she is not getting pregnant and ends up pretty quickly going through IVF. Even women who have been in a longterm relationship may enjoy their career until they wake up one day realising they now really want to have a baby and become a mother, but by now she is 43 (I have had quite a few women who came to me in their early to mid, even late 40s), so she has very little time left before she enters menopause, provided her body hasn't started to wind down its fertile time span. In other words, a lot depends on how you have been living your life the past few decades and how much work there is for you to catch up on as balancing hormones for instance can take months, maybe even years if you suffer from various health issues. Essentially, what you do by taking this course in such a situation is that you buy time. You preserve your fertility and simply have more options available to you should you wake up one morning and think about becoming a mother or to have another child.

  • I would love to become a mother, but I haven't found the right partner yet. Is your course going to make me feel depressed or lonely?

    This is exactly where I was at a couple of years ago. I knew that if I was serious about still becoming a mother, I had to prepare my body right then to be ready should I meet someone. Whilst the relationship didn't work out, I was left with the most beautiful gift he could have given me. In the course we learn to take care of ourselves, emotionally, physically and spiritually. This is why this fertility course has such a big potential for your own personal growth. Whether you are in a stable relationship or not, you will still need to prepare your body if you want to improve and maintain your fertility. By improving your health first, you increase the chances of a healthy pregnancy and keeping the pregnancy. I also means to recover faster from pregnancy and birth. This is a key difference to going through postpartum with panda eyes, feeling tired and depleted whilst loosing your hair but not your baby weight and to feeling vibrant soon after giving birth, nourished and keeping most of your hair.
